Butterfly Rainbow Trout Fillets are a skin-on, boneless fish fillet made by trimming the belly flap, removing the pelvic fins and tail, and cutting out the dorsal fin. Our final “V” cut removes all the pin bones for ultimate customer satisfaction. The only guaranteed boneless rainbow trout available and feature a mild, clean flavor.

Dellis Group has been farming trout for more than 5 years and is one of the largest trout farmers in Greece. We have 2 land based trout farms and are farming approx. 300 tons / year.
Our Greek trout are hatched at our inland hatcheries. The controlled environment of these farms gives us the opportunity to ensure the very best conditions for their on-growing.
Oncorhynchus mykiss
The trout is originally from North America but has been farmed in Greece for more than 70 years. The trout is today being farmed in many places worldwide, but Voidomatis river in Epirus in north Greece is the cleanest river in Europe.
Greece is yearly farming approx. 3 mt of fresh water trout and the 80% of it is located in Epirus. The fresh water trout is mainly portion size for the European market.
